How do I place an order?
Select products from the menu at the top of your screen.
When you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply type the quantity you would like to order in the box next to the price and click add to basket.
When you have finished shopping click 'View my basket' and if you are happy with the contents click proceed to checkout.
Fill in the requested information and place your order!


What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on what you order and if you live within the United Kingdom, or further afield.

How do I check the progress of my order?
From the 'My Account' page you can see all current and past orders.
Order status can be viewed here and if there any problems with your orders a special comment will be added beneath the item in question. We will contact you in the event of any likely delay of 48 hours or more.
All orders of 'in stock' items placed before midday will be dispatched same day.
On dispatch an email is sent to confirm order has been shipped
All orders are sent by recorded delivery and should be expected 24-48 hours from the confirmation of order dispatch. A signature is required for receipt of order.


How secure are your online purchases?
All purchases made through this site take place on a VeriSign certified secure server (Powered by Protx).


How secure are my personal details?
All your details are stored on a secure server and are not revealed to any third parties.

How do I become a registered customer?
Simply fill in your details on the Registration page.


How do I apply for a Trade Account?
Simply fill in your details on the Trade request form and a member of the TiR staff will contact you to discuss your trade requirements.


What is your returns policy?
If you find your products damaged on arrival please contact us within 14 days and we will refund or replace the goods free of charge. Normally we'll ask you to return the damaged product, but we'll pick up the cost of the postage.

How do I request a link from your site?
We reserve the right to only provide linkage to third party websites that we feel are relevant to the RC community. All requests for linkage will be considered, and linkage should be requested by email containing a description of the website and the reason you wish for the link.
